What is rakrak WF

As part of DX at Science Tokyo, this system is designed to promote operational efficiency by digitizing various application processes. The number of applications to be handled will be gradually expanded. When an application is submitted using the application form, it automatically follows the approval process and can be centrally managed up to the completion of the application.

Terms of Use

Who can use Rakuraku WF The system is as follows. Currently, only faculty, staff and students in the fields of "science and engineering" are eligible. It will be expanded to faculty, staff, and students in the "Medical and dental sciences" as soon as it is ready.

Use from MacOS and smartphones (iOS and Android) has not been fully tested and may cause problems.

Those who want to implement their work in WF with ease (faculty and staff).
