Currently, there are some areas where the environment differs between "Medical and Dental" and "Science and Engineering", so the different areas are classified into their own categories.

I cannot login to Science Tokyo Extic.

Please check the following for errors.
(1) You are trying to log in with your integrated ID (ExticID for Medical and Dental Sciences).
(2) You have entered your e-mail address as your user name.
(3) Trying to log in on the Extic Portal for Medical and Dental Sciences.

The official login procedure is as follows
(1) Open https://isct.ex-tic.com/auth/session
(2) Enter your Science Tokyo ID and initial password in the "User Name" and "Password" fields, respectively, on the Science Tokyo ID notice sent to you.

I am copying and pasting the initial password from my Science Tokyo ID notification, but I cannot log in.

Please paste the password into a notepad (*) and check that it matches the password on the notification.
*Word can fail.

Some PDF viewing software may not copy the password in the notice properly.
If the text you pasted into Notepad is different from the notification, please enter the password manually.

I received a download link for my Science Tokyo ID notification, but I cannot access the notification.

It is possible that you are not able to access your account because your browser still has MS365 session information tied to another account.

Please right-click on "Open" in the notification email, copy the link, and try logging in using a private browser.

「山口 裕輝 さんが「STID通知書_○○○」をあなたと共有しました」I received an email that said "I'm sorry, but is this spam?

This is not a spam mail, but a Science Tokyo ID notification letter sent to you.
The name of the person executing the system is listed due to the specifications of the system for sending simultaneous e-mails.

Please confirm your Science Tokyo ID and initial password according to "How to confirm your Science Tokyo ID notification".

The sender is an employee of the System Operation Group 2, Information Infrastructure Division, Information Department.

I was unable to log in, probably because I made a mistake in my password several times.

If you make a mistake in your password six times in a row, your account will be locked and you will not be able to log in. It will take about 30 minutes to unlock, so please be patient.

Science Tokyo Gmail email address and portal romanized name are incorrect.

Currently, the Science Tokyo Gmail email address is automatically generated from your name and other information. This email address and display name are used to link various services within the university. It is difficult to change the email address or display name at this time because they are used to link various services within the university, and changing them will affect the use of other services. In addition, the implementation of a mechanism to enable the change of e-mail addresses is also in the works. We have not yet implemented a mechanism to enable the change of e-mail addresses.

I can't set my Science Tokyo Gmail email address to my mailer (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.).

Currently, it is not possible to set up the mailer. We will notify you as soon as it becomes available.
Until the mailer is available, please use Sience Tokyo Gmail in your browser.

I did not receive an email notification of my Science Tokyo ID.

If you have an integrated ID and tmd email and do not receive a notification email, your mailbox may be full and the email may have been received in error or stored in the spam folder.
If you do not use e-mail very often, please delete unnecessary e-mails.

Science Tokyo I want to change the name that appears in outgoing emails in Gmail.
*You cannot change your e-mail address

(1) Open Gmail, click the gear symbol in the upper right corner, and click "Show All Settings".
(2) Select the "Accounts" tab on the Settings screen
(3) Click "Edit Information" in the "Name" row, enter the display name you wish to change in the "Name" input box (make sure the second circle is checked), and click the "Save Changes" button.
