(1) You are trying to log in with your integrated ID (ExticID for Medical and Dental Sciences).
(2) You have entered your e-mail address as your user name.
(3) Trying to log in on the Extic Portal for Medical and Dental Sciences.

The official login procedure is as follows
(1) Open https://isct.ex-tic.com/auth/session
(2) To log in, enter the Science Tokyo ID you confirmed through the Medical and Dental Science Tokyo ID Display System in the "User Name" field, and your initial password in the "Password" field.

If you make a mistake in your password six times in a row, your account will be locked and you will not be able to log in. It will take about 30 minutes to unlock, so please be patient.

Currently, the Science Tokyo Gmail email address is automatically generated from your name and other information. This email address and display name are used to link various services within the university. It is difficult to change the email address or display name at this time because they are used to link various services within the university, and changing them will affect the use of other services. In addition, the implementation of a mechanism to enable the change of e-mail addresses is also in the works. We have not yet implemented a mechanism to enable the change of e-mail addresses.

Currently, it is not possible to set up the mailer. We will notify you as soon as it becomes available.
Until the mailer is available, please use Sience Tokyo Gmail in your browser.

(1) Open Gmail, click the gear symbol in the upper right corner, and click "Show All Settings".
(2) Select the "Accounts" tab on the Settings screen
(3) Click "Edit Information" in the "Name" row, enter the display name you wish to change in the "Name" input box (make sure the second circle is checked), and click the "Save Changes" button.

Although there is no set deadline for the display period, please make a note of the information or use your web browser's print function to save it when it is shown.

A Science Tokyo ID is not necessarily limited to one per person. Depending on your position, you may be issued multiple IDs (e.g., if you are both a student and a faculty member). In such cases, multiple Science Tokyo IDs will be displayed. To identify which ID corresponds to which status category, please refer to the Employee ID or student ID shown alongside each ID.

There are several possible reasons why your Science Tokyo ID may not be displayed in the ID display system:

1. You are eligible to receive a Science Tokyo ID

If you fall into one of the following categories, please wait until your Science Tokyo ID has been issued. Once it is ready, you will be notified via the Science Tokyo Portal※.

(1) New faculty/staff members who are registered in the HR and payroll system and have been issued an employee ID (no application required)
(2) New students who are registered in the student information system and have been issued a student ID (no application required)
(3) Other members not covered by (1) or (2) who need access to the financial accounting system (application required)

2. You are not eligible to receive a Science Tokyo ID

If you are not authorized to receive a Science Tokyo ID, it will not be displayed even if you access the ID display system.

When applying for a Science Tokyo ID, please make sure to fill in the applicant’s Tougou-ID in the "統合ID" field of the application form.
If the Tougou-ID is not provided, the Science Tokyo ID will not be visible in the ID display system, so please be aware.
